AFNA Netball Tournament Update

AFNA 2018

Thursday’s matches were the final set of matches in the preliminary round. It was do or die day for Christ Church and Springer since a win would ensure a place in the semi-final as the top 2 in the 2 groups would advance semi-final stage.

The matches were affected by windy conditions as well as high temperatures on the courts but at the end of the rounds, the teams who advanced to the semi-final are as follows:

Excelsior vs Christ Church Foundation

Holmwood vs Springer

Excelsior and Holmwood won all their matches played to date. The semi-final matches will be played today Friday, July 20th at the Leila Robinson Courts starting at 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm respectively.
