Will They Select Dominican Cricketers?

The Dominica National Women’s Cricket Team left island on Friday 27th and are currently in St. Lucia playing a series of trial matches against the St. Lucia National Team. Participating athletes will get a chance to be selected for the Windward Islands Team ahead of the 2016 WICB Regional Super 50 and T20 Tournaments to be held in Guyana from July 3rd-25th.

The girls have played two matches thus far and hopefully by the end of these trials a few may be selected to represent the Windward Islands.

Players from St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada also stand a chance to be selected as they have already completed their trials.

Today Dominica will play their final match in these trials. We wish them all the best.
