U21 team to participate in ECVA tournament

The DAVA Executive committee wishes to congratulate the following young players who have been selected to reprevsent Dominica at the 2015 ECVA Junior Championships in St Maarten from July 22nd to 27th. The names are:

Camron Challenger
Lesroy King
Marcus Corneilius
Wayne James
Akeem James
Faywani Foye
Kede Edmund

The team is coached by Ray Robinson and he is ably assisted by fitness trainer Jeffrey Edmund. The team has been in training for almost three months but is expected to do well owing to raw, individual talent and a dedicated coaching staff.
The tournament which is hosted by Dutch St Maarten also features the likes of Anguilla, Antigua, French St Martin, St Lucia and St Vincent.
The DAVA extends acknowledgement and thank you to the Dominica Olympic Committee for its continuous tremendous support in assisting the young men on this journey. Additionally, thank you also goes out to LIME for the use of its facilities for training.
Dominicans at home and especially in St Maarten are encouraged to go out and give support to the young men.
