Moving Forward With DABA Open Forum

The Dominica Amateur Basketball Association wishes to invite all basketball players, coaches, sponsors, officials and anyone with a keen interest in the development of basketball, to an open forum carded for Wednesday December 2nd at The Prevo Cinemall, Old Street, Roseau at 5:00pm. This forum seeks to secure the most efficient way forward for basketball on the island. Key concerns to be discussed are:

– Current state of basketball
– Solutions to the current shortcomings – Management (Executive, Officiating, Coaching)
– Formation of clubs
– Youth development
– National teams
– Facilities
– Sponsorship
– Scholarships
Please make a special effort to attend and be on time.
